Deactivating your 2FA is done by using the recovery code you saved. If you have not saved it, we can reset the authentication for you.
The quickest way to reset your 2FA: Visit our IT desk at the Educatorium or Kromme Nieuwegracht 80!
Bring a valid ID-card, passport or European driver’s license. The ICT Desk is open on weekdays between 09:00-16:00h.
